Child Care Connection Hawaii (CCCH)

Subsidy program to help families pay for care under DHS-approved child care providers.
DHS temporarily expanded eligibility of their CCCH program to include:
1. No income cap. Priority will be given to underserved and at-risk families.
2. Temporary activity requirement waiver.
3. Parents may have copayment portions of the subsidy payment waived.

Child must be a U.S. citizen and be under the age of 13, or 13–17 and unable to care for self.
Must complete application and provide supporting documents, submit to local office, and complete an interview.
